A 2 coat color change on roof as well as a conversion of balcony rails to a cable system.

Scope of Work:

Carpentry:

• Removed Balusters on Balcony
• Removed Bottom rail on Balcony
• Applied wood filler in holes on posts and top rail
• Installed a cable wire rail system

Prep:

• Hand wash roof
• Wire brush down any rust spots on roof
• Sand down handrails

Painting:

• Primed any rusted areas on roof
• Applied 2 Coats of Sher-Cryl™ HPA (High Performance Acrylic) to Roof, Balcony, Fascia, Posts and Top Rail
